Furnace shut down over weekend. Early Monday scheduled a consultation for 10AM. The consultant provided options to resolve my issue. A quick decision resulted 2 servicemen installing a new furnace at 8AM the next day. Excellent competent efficiency had heat restored by noon. I highly recommend Climate Control personnel to resolve any heating/cooling issue!

Excellent service, always available for concerns and questions

Technicians were quick and precise. No "How to" manual with the controller in the house so unable to figure it out....guess it will take some time. Do not like the feature that you have to download app to control it, wish we would have had a choice but never given the option. Trying to find a work around still \- 2 weeks later. Currently having to manually control the temperature a few times a day which is a huge waste of time.

Sal (Sales Representative), Chris (Technician), and Luis (Technician) were extremely thorough and professional during the entire purchasing and install process. Their work was clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain everything they were doing during the install. When our 30+ year old furnace started failing, we chose Climate Control over the other HVAC companies we met with. The main reason was because they were able to give us the models of Carrier furnace \& A/C that we wanted within our budget range, while other companies tried to downgrade to a lower level of furnace \&/ or A/C. Salvatore, our main contact person, was great\- very courteous, professional \& helpful. Our new furnace is so much more quiet \& efficient than our old one. We definitely plan on continuing to use Climate Control for the maintenance of our new furnace \& cooling system!

Brett was very helpful choosing the correct Ductless system. The installer Cris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile!

No complaints at all regarding the work and the people who came out to do it. I do wish they could communicate via email. This install required many phone calls that should have been emails.

I love my new Carrier system. My home is comfortably cooled and I look forward to seeing how it responds in the cold/wet season.

The Heat Pump was just installed this week \- we have not yet requested service on the unit. I do not like the "smart thermostat" that was installed. It had ZERO user guide information in the package and minimal printable guidance on\-line.

From the estimator who took a long time to get just the right size filter box per my needs, to the admin who ran out to buy me the right filter, to the manager who brought back the right unit from WA to the installer, everyone went the extra mile to make this work. This crew wants you to be happy with your investment. Their commitment is really impressive.

Regarding the sales process: We believe the salesman needs a little more training in the Climate Control process and procedures. He needed to come out three times in a week's time to gather complete information in order to give us a final quote on a new HVAC system. Even though they were kind enough to loan us a space heater, we were anxious to potentially get on the install schedule since we had no heat and there were numerous delays. Installers were very good and worked efficiently. We have been customers of Climate Control for over 25 years and were disappointed that they could not give us any loyalty or senior citizen discount. We know they need to make a profit but our bid started in the $17k range and ended over $20k.

My furnace went out and I was without heat for a week. This company was one of six I contacted and was also recommended by a neighbor. The estimate I received was fair and detailed which made it easy to make my decision.

Friendly and capable

Great service both before, during and after install when they even verified that everything was preforming as we hoped. Honest info about what systems would work for us and being aware of what our budget would allow. Quotes I got from other companies were always at the top of our budget or even over our budget with pressure to make payments, so it was wonderful that Climate Control actually listened to what we wanted and had reasonable prices.

Arrived on time. Completed work in a (long) day. Considerate and professional. Solved support problems with old heat pump and furnace. Recommend highly.

Whether the right expertise existed or not, I was either misled by inaccurate knowledge by the tech and the sales rep, or I was outright lied to. Regarding solving problems...they were more likely to create problems. As for service, they installed on time and the system as installed seems to be working (we'll see after some time has passed), but it wasn't as contracted for, and they refused to provide a corrected contract. The final invoice was adjusted to supposedly reflect the changes. Basically Climate Control seems to be running on auto\-pilot, with little attention to detail or customer need. Put simply, very unprofessional!

After 40+ years of service, our old AC finally failed. We called Climate Control, promptly sent out their rep to assess our situation. In response, we purchased a new Carrier system from Climate Control. Every stage of the process (tearout the old, install the new, integrate with existing furnace, test system, cleanup, and cart away junk) was performed professionally, cleanly, and effectively. All appointments we exactly on time, and all work performed efficiently and correctly. No followup calls were necessary. Thank you Climate Control.

Got the work done earlier than promised.

HP seems to operate OK. Installation fine. Only complaint is the Infinity WiFi thermostat \- pretty sad. The unit only takes care of the bare minimum as far as looking at system outputs. Things it could do: Run hours per day/week/mo/yr of blower, same for HP in stage 1, HP in stage 2, length of run time per cycle, response to outside temperature, HP run time vs outside temp, interior temp response to HP running, et al. Like tasking a smart phone to just to phone calls.

New furnace, new AC unit, new thermostat. Everything installed well. Looks great. Works great. No details missed. Lance and Steve both worked non\-stop till the job was completed. Both courteous and professional. Also appreciate Ben's help as the sales coordinator and advisor. Great job team. Two times now that I have chosen climate control (First time was for a kitchen vent Hood and bath fan and all associated duct work).

installation of our furnace went a full 12 hours longers than promised. Other than that the installation went smoothly and the furnace works great. we love the digital thermostat

Replaced Old 28 year old AC unit

The work replacement work was done in the time we expected and it was done in a quality fashion. We haven't needed to use the furnace yet but the air conditioner is getting plenty of use.
