Ductless Mini Split Repair

This is my fourth unit I have purchased for my family. From airmakers. I have always been happy with their service and pricing.

When I purchased my new home AIRMAKERS did not register the equipment they installed nor did they make me aware that the equipment needed to be registered to receive the full 10 year parts warranty offered by Carrier. Upon contacting the AIRMAKERS, I was told that "sometimes" they register the equipment they install. When I inquired about notifying homeowners of the requirement to register, I was told that building code only requires them to leave the equipment manuals. After being in my home now for just over 6 years I'm starting to realize how much not registering the equipment is going to cost me. I sure wish the my home would have been one of those "sometimes" when they decided to register the equipment with Carrier.

Airmakers did a fantastic job. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products out there and helped me make the right decision. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job within the time frame estimated. I highly recommend Airmakers and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

Airmakers was extremely prompt when both of my original units went down. They inspected both units and determined that replacements were necessary. Airmakers recommended two new Carrier units and installed them both in less than 1 day! All of this going on during some of the hottest days in August. I can not say enough about the Customer Service Staff and the Service technicians, they are First Class!!!! We love our new Carrier Units and we are now able to keep a steady temperature throughout the house.

We talked to Airmakers on a Thursday and they were able to have a sale rep out the next day. The following Monday we had our new HVAC unit installed. We have been very pleased with the new unit and would highly recommend Airmakers.
