The installer, "Josh" I believe was fantastic. Installed a new heat pump, with new run through a closet to the attic vents. Very efficient time wise, and very knowledgeable. I'm glad that he did the job! Very respectful to me and my home. The Survant owner came to check the job when it was finished, and I told the owner to give him a raise. My second experience with this company. They will be my heating and cooling company going forward.
