Service was great... Carrier did send out a unit that lacked capacitors in it, but Astro expeditiously found the parts and my unit was operational within 48 hours of start of installation. Joe the salesperson was very understanding of my needs and guided me to purchasing the correct unit for my needs. Went through pros and cons of each unit and did not pressure me to purchase one over another.

The whole experience was very good. The sales man, the repair team was on time, very efficient, cleaned up and did a thorough job of explaining the new system. I am still waiting on my humidifier to be installed. They also had to cut a hole in my siding \& I had requested 2 second look to be sure it was water tight I'm still waiting for that response.
