Dave Selke, General Manager, for Hearthstone, provided the quote, answered several questions about the job and oversaw the installation. The installers were very pleasant, completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through the operation of the equipment. The site was thoroughly cleaned before they left. I would highly recommend Hearthstone.

Dave is the best! Knowledgeable and honest. I purchased my last Carrier furnace from him and we moved to another house which needed a new furnace so again selected Dave. Had other bids but Dave is very honest and not high pressure.

Mike, the owner, came to our home and after a careful analysis of the current system he was able to offer us multiple affordable solutions for our needs. No sales gimmicks, just honest conversation! On installation day, he and his team showed up on schedule and did an excellent job. They were pleasant, hard\-working, clean, and very accurate in everything they did. I can't stop admiring how great my boiler room looks! And our home is so comfortable thanks to the new Carrier system. Oh and I can't forget Diana, the office manger, great customer service! Out of the three Carrier dealers that came to bid the job, Hearthstone Heating \& Air Conditioning were the most courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain the infinity series to me along with the benefits of having such a system. THIS is why I chose them besides the willingness to work immediately. The job was done perfectly and really like the comfort of the Infinity! Had a problem two days later with a plumber working in furnace room and the owner Mike from Hearthstone Heating and Air Conditioning came out to my house to ensure there was not any damage to the new furnace and he helped me at no charge to ground a wire the plumbers failed to do!!!

Great job on installation. Worked in both basement and crawlspace. All installers were friendly, neat, and clean. Stayed after installation and took the time to walk through the units and their work and then train us on using the new thermostats and furnaces. Its been three days and the house has never felt so comfortable.
