Veterans AC had been keeping my old air conditioner working for 5 years longer than it should have been so I knew what they were capable of doing. I had them install a new Carrier Air Conditioner and my place was a challenge because they were replacing an air conditioner that was installed in 1985 and updating the returns and the new AC also had an heat pump that the old on didn't have. Their team and the AC flowing 6 hours later, I was really impressed with their professional, knowledgeable, and friendly attitude during the instillation.

Asked Mike upon initial inspection to replace the existing duct work and after his inspection completed he told us our duct work was in great condition, no reason to replace it and we were glad for the honesty. Service during the installation was sub par. I have worked with them on several projects and never had a problem. I went with the best unit they recommended, and we had problem from the start. I had to request them back a couple of times to fix things and they always wanted to charge me. I complained but felt that I was the problem. They advertise as Veterans but when working with an actual veteran their service came up short.

Will came out and said I only had a minor issue and it could be resolved without getting a new system. This action built trust with him and the company. We both knew a new system would be not far off, but he bought me some time. When the system was not keeping up\- I chose to go ahead and replace it. I called Veterans AC \& Heat, Inc right away.
