Very Profesional install team and comunications with office excellent.

Replaced the entire system including all the duct work. The teams were fast, proficient, professional and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the Carrier system performance and the Veterans Installation and sales team.

These installers were all about attention to detail. They found a few minor issues that over time would have been bad. However they addressed these issues and corrected the potential problems at the time of install. Veteran's A/C provides service to my home and office, i.e. a total of three units. Good service.

Excellent service and did not quit when faced with a problem. After doing the install it was discovered that there was a bad circuit board in the condensing unit. Instead of leaving and returning the next day with a new circuit board they drove to the warehouse to get one so my system would work before leaving.

We received exceptional service from Veterans AC. They installed a new Carrier in our house when we were without heat in middle of very chilly weather. Installers were very professional and friendly. Thank you Veterans AC.

Very professional and friendly. Answer all of our questions. Advised us to have two more returns installed to increase efficiency for heating and cooling which we noticed the difference immediately. Asked Mike upon initial inspection to replace the existing duct work and after his inspection completed he told us our duct work was in great condition, no reason to replace it and we were glad for the honesty. Veterans Air was referred to us from many neighbors in our community and after our experience we are definitely spreading the word.

Service during the installation was sub par. I have worked with them on several projects and never had a problem. I went with the best unit they recommended, and we had problem from the start. I had to request them back a couple of times to fix things and they always wanted to charge me. I complained but felt that I was the problem. They advertise as Veterans but when working with an actual veteran their service came up short.

Veterans AC \& Heat, Inc in Tarpon Springs FL has shown me they are the real deal. I called for and estimate several months ago. Will came out and said I only had a minor issue and it could be resolved without getting a new system. This action built trust with him and the company. We both knew a new system would be not far off, but he bought me some time. When the system was not keeping up\- I chose to go ahead and replace it. I called Veterans AC \& Heat, Inc right away. I had no interest in calling anyone else because of the trust we built several month ago. I feel as though I got the best deal because I felt they are honest hard working and quick to respond.

Guys that came to the house for the install were great. The gentleman that I needed to talk to in the office to set up a date for the inspection, not so much. He acted like I was a brainless female. Which I did not appreciate, and honestly had I dealt with him first I would not have dealt with this company.

Great company to work with. Found a solution to our cooling issues and mini was installed very quickly. We love Carrier and we are happy to find a company we like to work with

The person who gave me an estimate was very knowledgeable and provided a range of options to choose from to meet my needs. The installation team showed up on time, installed everything quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They responded to our request to patch our failing A/C and provided an estimate as well as assurances we would remain cool even as temps were hitting the low 90s. Within days we had our new system installed even though we moved the air handler to a new location. The install was completed in one day.
