HVAC Maintenance

We have used Barineau to our HVAC systems in several of our houses. We have the service contract, and they come out twice a year to keep things in good shape. In the heat of summer, they came out right away when our A/C stopped working.

Barineau was able to get us on the books quickly and changed out our unit efficiently.

Barineau is the best A/C service in town.

Leon and his crew did an exceptional job in a awkward situation. Needless to say, it is disruptive to have people working in your house for several days but they did their best to keep that disruption to a minimum. They were polite and respectful. I realized they took the same approach to clean up that I do when I cook \- clean as you go. Considering the amount of debris they took out of the attic, that was no small feat. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Same goes for the office staff that I worked with.

The experience was professional and well organized from the beginning to the end. They even installed a loaner compresser while I was waiting for my installation. I changed from a heat pump to an A/C and Natural Gas Furnace. I was never without heat/AC.

I hired Barineau to install a new unit after being conned by another company into removing my gas heating and cooling unit and replacing it with an electric one, that unknown to me was a cooling unit only. The techs, managers, and staff from Barineau were very professional and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. After installation, I wasn't getting the heat from the unit that I desired but Barineau promptly sent a tech out to make adjustments and now I am thrilled with how warm and cozy my home feels. I am grateful for their professionalism, integrity, honesty, and patience. After my previous experience with a heating and cooling installation, I was nervous and unsure about what I would get this time, so I asked a lot of questions and made many inquiries. Barineau really eased my anxiety about this process and the product that I was getting. My only detractor was that I was not informed about the different units and tax incentives available for the types of units specified for my home size. I would highly recommend Barineau to anyone seeking to install or replace a heating and cooling unit in their home. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

We are very happy with Barineau who installed out new Heat and Air system in March, 2023. They were on time and completed the installation in one day and removed all trash. I especially like that they sent me a picture of the person coming for the estimate and a picture of the lead man on the day of installation. They followed up to see if all was well also. Honored retired military discount discussed. Great job.

Out of all of the bids we received, Tyler with Barineau was the only person who truly assessed what equipment our home actually needed, analyzed our usage and square footage, and was honest about what we actually needed and would be happy with. The system works so much better than our old one, and we are thrilled!

When I decided to purchase a new AC unit to replace a very old one, Barineau deducted the cost of repair and parts I had recently spent on the old unit. Barineau covered the carpet, including on the stairs, and cleaned up all materials inside and outside. Few repair companies are so conscientious. For the final inspection a Barineau representative "walked" the inspector through the new unit and installation via video chat, making one final change. Everything was smooth and simple.

I am a disabled veteran with circulation issues I do not do well in the heat they worked some miracles and had me a new system in less than a week in the middle of August and even provided a loaner unit to help I would recommend them to everyone

I needed a new HVAC after 18 years. Carrier had a great reputation and the dealer did too. They installed the system and it has been great. The utility bills have gone down also.

Had a great experience with Barineau Heating \& A/C Inc from the service call I put in on my old unit to the final inspection with the county inspector. Barineau had a person by my side the entire time. I got updates and all my question answered in a very timely manner. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner!
