Mike Morello Inc. went above and beyond on this job. They ended up having to replace or repair every part of the old AC system. Although not cheap, they got us a good Carrier system at a reasonable price, and did a good job on the installation. I'm just waiting on the copper pipes to be replaced and I can finally put these repairs behind me and enjoy the air conditioning.

On the 3rd of January, our old unit was running constantly and was not able to keep up to our temperature setting. We called Morello since they had been servicing our unit since we moved here (it was now almost 20 years old). The rep came out and set up for a new unit to be installed. On the morning of the 5th, the team arrived and in 5 hours we had a new complete unit. What a relief! Could not believe how fast this all took place.
