Mike's team did a fantastic job. We were without AC for over 30 days and we're going back and forth with our home warranty company. I spoke to Mike on a Thursday afternoon and by the next morning his crew was out installing my new HVAC system. The technicians did a fantastic job and were very thorough. We plan to hire them again to replace our ducts.

On the 3rd of January, our old unit was running constantly and was not able to keep up to our temperature setting. We called Morello since they had been servicing our unit since we moved here (it was now almost 20 years old). The rep came out and set up for a new unit to be installed. On the morning of the 5th, the team arrived and in 5 hours we had a new complete unit. What a relief! Could not believe how fast this all took place.

So far we have only contacted this dealer for help to set up the warranty registration and bi\-annual service on new home installation. Very helpful and pleasant.

Service is reliable and timely (twice a year under contract). Service staff are knowledgeable and professional. The last serviceman took extra care to test our system and explain that what we thought was an issue turned out to be a normal occurrence when switching from cooling to heating.

I have not had issues with my account yet. My only issue was that my initial contact with them was not handled in a timely fashion. But I was later told the perain I needed was out of town for several days. Once I was put in touch with that person my issue was handled within 20 minutes.

Carrier heating and air conditioning units were installed through builder of our new home. Carrier is well known to be reliable. Unfortunate that the company chooses to produce units outside of the United States...
