I was told that the installation would be completed in a day beginning at 8a.m. and completed by 4p.m. Unfortunately, they arrived after 9 a.m. and finished after 8p.m. I was impressed that for security they emailed a picture of the installer. However, this wasn't the technician that arrived. Then after several hours the technician informed me that a part was missing from the packaging and had to go back to the dealership to replace it. When he returned, he contacted his supervisor who came to help him solve the problem of which I was never informed. Next issue was the smart thermostat that had no Thermostat ID card included in the packaging. After installing the thermostat, he had to replace it with another from his truck. He helped me register it online. This technician worked 12 hours and finally got my AC up and running Needless to say, Carrier needs better quality control before sending out their products. Cousins never contacted me to check on my installation or to be of further help. I will reach out to them since I was told I'd receive filters for a year.

Our A/C unit broke on July 4th holiday. They were the first company to respond to our problem. They came down promptly to replace the unit and the repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very efficient from start to finish

They did a marvelous job with the installation inside and outside. They did not charge extra for things that other contractors that I received quotes from charged extra for. They were in by 9:30 and finished the job by 5:30. I could not be more pleased. I am also very happy with the Carrier performance 17 SEER air conditioner. Cousins Air Inc also gave me the best price for the unit including installation and warranties.

Both of the Cousins Air Install Team, Carlton and Lorenzo, were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and went beyond to get all the task right.

Cousins Air installed a replacement Condensing Unit and Air handler for my home. They were replacing a 4\-ton Rheem system that was never properly installed. The former unit had been tinkered with by the original installer from day one 9 years ago when my home was built. The Cousins Air team (knowledgeable sales representative to supervisor to experienced installers) worked seamlessly to correct major faults with the placement of the original equipment including inadequate return duct sizing for such a large 4\-ton unit. Jose, Omar, and Michael painstakingly followed the installation plan that was devised by the foreman who visited the job site prior to the start of the project and made sure that all supplies were brought to the job site the days of the install. I cannot say enough about Cousins Air and Jose, Omar, and Michael. They were all spot\-on from day one and allowed me to regain "trust" again in the industry.
