Great experience with dealer, project manager, and installation team. Only issue was not a dealer issue but availability of a heat pump.

Our heating oil company recommended that we get a new furnace (old one was 20+ years old), and knowing that we were in need of a new A/C unit as well, we began getting quotes from local installers. The process began just before Christmas, and even though it was that close to the holidays, the Project Manager was incredibly responsive. They came out to the house just after the 1st of the year and did the installation one week later. Not only was their turnaround great, I honestly feel like they left the area around the new furnace cleaner than it was prior to the installation. From our first interaction via email to getting the product registration card, the Stafford Mechanical team excelled at customer service!

I found Stafford Mechanical a straight\-forward and able company to complete the installation. I had just had a very bad experience with another local company (Mitsubishi/Panasonic) whose team lead turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant and arrogant person. Greg was direct, informed and courteous. The installers were efficient and seemed experienced. Very satisfied to date, though it is only a week or two after installation. Would certainly recommend them, and even now I am considering additional units to be installed in my basement and garage!!
