Hoping these comments go to directly to Plumbline Services. Francisco & Oscar where our installers. These (young) men were exceptional! From the time they entered the house w/footies until they left w/footies, they were friendly, accommodating, conscientious, timely--displaying total professionalism. I needed to really be taught how to use the thermostat and Oscar was patient in repeatedly 'teaching' me. When a persistent noise started shortly after the heater started up, Francisco helped to resolve the issue w/o it being a heater problem (I'd thought). A note to Plumbline Services: I am an older person, who is old(er) school. My expectations are higher than most now adays. To allow/help/train young adults to exceed in a 'Trade' profession that leads to career development, says a lot about your business. Your wanting to help in their success and achievements is rare. I have had issues ever since my new Carrier system was installed. Plumbline has been out to my house numerous times and still has not fixed the issue. My AC freezes and can not keep my house at a set temperature. I constantly get excuses from plumbline as to why this happens, when my old (Carrier) system that they replaced never had these issues. On the most recent repair attempt Plumbline installed a device that I explicitly told them not to, that prevents freezing but does so by turning off the condenser whenever needed. This has led to my house not cooling off, which is exactly why I told them I didn't want it installed. It is appalling that they would do this behind my back. They should absolutely not be recommended by Carrier.

My home experience a failure of the heating unit. As a result we contacted 3 dealers for advice and quotes. Plumbline was the winner hands down. They installed the unit on a bitter cold day in January 2024 and were the most professional crew I have had the pleasure to have do work on our home. They installed both a heater and air conditioner as the units air flow requirements would not have been compatible without this additional work. We actually had to turn the heat down the following day as the new system was that much more efficient, even though the temperature outside had gotten even more severe. Needless to say we are overjoyed with systems installed and the very prompt and professional response to our situation.

Was concerned about selecting a dealer. Saw Plumbline commercial on TV and researched them on the internet. Mostly good reviews. The first thing they did was cover the interior pathways form the front entry to the basement in the house. The Clay team did an excellent job on install, explaining the system and going over the operation and maintenance. Clay and his team were great to work with, explained some of the install (to satisfy my engineering background) and thoroughly cleaned up when done. Would highly recommend them.

As this was our 3rd vendor we had out (wanted to get multiple quotes / opinions) they were the only one who could tell us what the issue was. We also wanted options to upgrade our unit as upstairs rooms were typically pretty warm. That required a different visit, which was scheduled promptly, and we were given options for upgrading. We eventually went with the upgrade and the install was quick and efficient. We definitely feel the difference in the upstairs rooms!

I feel the installation was satisfactory. So far, no problems. But at one point in the day, one of the guys left the gate open, and our dog got out. Thankfully I found her, but if we didn't it would have been a tragety. The only other suggestion I have is to take more time, in the end, to explain everything that the owner needs to know. The guy explaining to me spoke very fast and seemed like he just wanted to get out of the house and be done. Overall good experience. But, maybe take care of the little things a bit better.

The only reason I did not rate this dealer 5 stars is: When installing the drain line, they sent the drain ling all the way back outside when the drain was less than three feet away. Also, when installing the new thermostat, it was not placed over the drywall where the other one was originally which caused a no paint issue to show right on the wall. Aesthetically it was unacceptable. I, the homeowner, had to locate the matching paint which took three days and over $100. Also, when drilling a hole in my foundation wall, instead of using a smaller concreate bit to drill outwards and then after seeing where the hole was and drilling with the circle bit going inwards, the crew just drilled outward with the circle bit and a portion of my exterior concrete wall broke off. This then caused the crew to have to place a metal plate over the damaged concrete to hide the damage. Other than th

From the get go Corey (Salesman) was very kind, knowledgeable and persistent about Plumbline being a great business and immediately gave me an overview of the furnace needed, with pricing and were, by far, the most reasonable from the four estimates I received!! Also, being able to schedule the install the next day which was critical since the unit had NO HEAT during the snowstorm! The technicians were there the next morning ready to go! We've used Plumb Line Services and all their staff for several years to solve indoor and outdoor plumbing issues. Most recently to install our new HVAC a first AC installation for our house. Gilles in sales helped me make an informed decision about the models and then followed up to answer question early the next day after the install. Christian, Jesus and Kendrick were friendly, professional installers and I knew they could do the job. They had to problem solve a few electrical things and called the electrician back to make it all work perfect. Christian had to help me with the set up twice and didn't make me feel bad about it. My new furnace and ac look so clean and all the pipes and tubes are organized and clean in my storage area. It's always great to work with Plumb Line the staff take great care and pride in the work that they complete.

Plumbline installed a new furnace and ac system after my 12 year old system crapped out with a cracked heat exchanger. Since it is still winter in Colorado, with 20 degree temps in the next few days, they made sure they came out the very next day after signing a contract with them. They were really fast, clean, professional and a no hassle experience. The only downside is they are fairly expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!

We had a furnace installed. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing, how to bring the system up to code and solve issues that came up due to the area the furnace was installed in. My only negatives were scheduling. I was told the techs would be there at 7am, they arrived at 8am. I was also told that the install would take 1/2 day and it took 8 hours. However, I am completely satisfied and would rather the job be done correctly than rushed and errors are made.

We had issues with our 20 year old heater in our house and a Plumbline technician, Cory, repaired the furnace and it worked just fine. There was no way to know how much longer the old system would last, so, we asked Cory about a new HVAC system. Cory took our information back to the office and had a gentleman, Gilles, contact us to discuss a new system. Within a couple of days Gilles came and measured our existing system and had a proposal. We were impressed as he did not try to sell us the most expensive system in the Carrier line, he actually took the time to work with us for the best solution for our home. The proposal included all the discounts we were entitled to, as well as checking rebates and othe credits. Gilles also subtracted the previous repair on the old system from the price of the new system. Gilles was always the gentleman and took his time to make sure we understood everything. Our next experience was the actual installation of the new system about a week later. A master technician, Jay, was the lead on the project. He did an excellent job on the installation, as did his two apprentices, Mike and Joey. They were fast and efficient and completed the job in one day. At the end of the day, Jay took the time to to walk us through the settings on the new thermostat with instructions on when we should contact Plumbline with any issue that might arise. A few days later we called based on the information Jay gave us and another technician already in the area, Mark, came to our house and made a few minor adjustments and walked us through what he did. Our outer rooms have always been cold spots in the house. Now the heating is even throughout the house and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and the new system. The installation crew left the room with the heater closet in it much cleaner than when they started. We highly recommend Plumbline.

I had a Carrier Infinity System Control (thermostat) installed with a new furnace and A/C, and neither the installer, nor tech support from the installers, nor tech support from Carrier, has been able it get it to work properly. The installer came out and replaced the control with another of the same model, but the same problem presented. The Carrier online registration process tells me that "A system with that serial number has not yet connected to MyInfinity." No one can figure this out. The controller shows that it is connected to my home router, and that the router is connected to the Carrier server, but it obviously is not connected, and no one can figure out why. I called Carrier tech support, was on hold for an hour and a half, and they told me to turn it off and turn it back on again. When that didn't work, Carrier said there must be some problem with my (less than a year old) router. Nonsense; everything else in my house works off that router just fine. But to be helpful (?), Carrier sent me two pages of instructions with questions to ask my internet service provider so that they (the ISP) could fix the problem. The controller works fine otherwise; it keeps the house comfortable. But the WiFi connectivity thing thing doesn't work, and nobody seems to know why.

We were comfortable with Jeff, the salesman \& opted to go with Plumbline. A date was set. The team of 4 (Bobby, Danny, Mike, \& Ryan) arrived on time, evaluated sites where work was to be done, \& set out to replace the furnace, plus install central air. They kept us informed of the status throughout the day. Each of them willingly answered any questions we asked. They covered carpet to protect it. They left no mess. Bobby went through the thermostat functions a couple of times to ensure that we hopefully now know what to do. I was impressed that the job could be done in one day, so I was pleasantly surprised. After so many 90 degree+ days, we both felt chilled the first night. What a relief! Thank you for a job well done! The "Other" below is we heard about you from friends, then checked you out online.

The two technicians were timely, actually a little early. They were very professional in accessing the work that needed to be done and handling some modifications needed for the new system. The work was completed in a shorter time expected and they left the house in the same condition as when they got there. They were great. Our furnace went out and after going through a couple of bids all various sizes and some not willing to pull permits, one telling us that we didn't need to include our basement for heating space except we have bedrooms downstairs. I cannot tell you how happy we are with Plumbline. Not only is our new furnace working significantly better than the older one but they also noticed a pipe that needed to be moved which was a code violation that they were able to be resolved. We are so happy and warm with the new furnace!

I was very pleased with the service provided by the installers and the electrician in making sure code standards were met and all electrical components safe during my new furnace and air conditioner installation. The head installer demonstrated excellent problem solving skills when challenged with some problems that come with an older house. The electrician identified mislabeled switches on the main box and corrected those. I felt everyone put forth extra effort and time to make sure the installation was good and the furnace and air conditioner were working properly. The crew also did a good job with clean\-up after the job was done. Another plus was that they were so friendly to my two dogs. I really appreciate the high standards of professionalism and customer service provided by Plumbline Services.

4 out of 5 Stars Compared to our older version of this product, it is much quieter, which is taking some time to adjust to as we were so used to the noise, now the house is quiet. Being it?s the end of summer we haven?t had a need to use the furnace, so hopefully us liking the system won?t change when it gets cold. The thermostat is easy to read, however, there is lag time from when we make a change to when the system reacts; not sure if this is how it was designed. We connected it to the internet, so that it can get the weather forecast. It shows an image of sun/clouds whatever is predicted for the day, but the temperature displays as \- \- \- or \-56 degrees. The mobile app displays the same. 4 out of 5 Stars Plumbline Services was great during the sales part, making sure we were getting the correct equipment for our townhome. Installation was scheduled sooner than we expected, which was great that we didn?t have to wait a week or two, but only a day. The Techs were great, professional and personable, being respectful of our home. The only negative thing we have to say about Plumbline is that after the installation was complete, we didn?t hear a word from them to check to see if we were satisfied or had any questions/concerns about the system. Well, actually, we did receive a call from them a week later to schedule our annual system service for the old system. You?d think that after spending so much money there?d be some sort of follow up. Our sales rep (Wayne) was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. There was no pressure to buy the latest \& greatest, only the recommendation of what would be best for our situation. Installation was prompt and professional. The installation had extra items (hot water heater replacement) which the installation team handled very well. All of the old was hauled away, and you could not even tell an installation occurred except for the new equipment.
