Hoping these comments go to directly to Plumbline Services. Francisco & Oscar where our installers. These (young) men were exceptional! From the time they entered the house w/footies until they left w/footies, they were friendly, accommodating, conscientious, timely--displaying total professionalism. I needed to really be taught how to use the thermostat and Oscar was patient in repeatedly 'teaching' me. When a persistent noise started shortly after the heater started up, Francisco helped to resolve the issue w/o it being a heater problem (I'd thought). A note to Plumbline Services: I am an older person, who is old(er) school. My expectations are higher than most now adays. To allow/help/train young adults to exceed in a 'Trade' profession that leads to career development, says a lot about your business. Your wanting to help in their success and achievements is rare. I am also impressed with Francisco & Oscar because it says a lot about their character and ambition to work towards success.

took 12 hours and poor communication amongst electrician team led to us having to cancel plans for the eveningwith our friends.

I have had issues ever since my new Carrier system was installed. Plumbline has been out to my house numerous times and still has not fixed the issue. My AC freezes and can not keep my house at a set temperature. I constantly get excuses from plumbline as to why this happens, when my old (Carrier) system that they replaced never had these issues. On the most recent repair attempt Plumbline installed a device that I explicitly told them not to, that prevents freezing but does so by turning off the condenser whenever needed. This has led to my house not cooling off, which is exactly why I told them I didn't want it installed. It is appalling that they would do this behind my back. They should absolutely not be recommended by Carrier.

We were called prior to appointment and the 2 techs arrived early. It took o ly a few hours to remove the failing furnace \& install the new furnace. They setup the thermostat and cleaned up any debris.

My home experience a failure of the heating unit. As a result we contacted 3 dealers for advice and quotes. Plumbline was the winner hands down. They installed the unit on a bitter cold day in January 2024 and were the most professional crew I have had the pleasure to have do work on our home. They installed both a heater and air conditioner as the units air flow requirements would not have been compatible without this additional work. We actually had to turn the heat down the following day as the new system was that much more efficient, even though the temperature outside had gotten even more severe. Needless to say we are overjoyed with systems installed and the very prompt and professional response to our situation.

Every detail to remove the old equipment, modify the space for the new and install the new was taken care of in an efficient and friendly manor.

Our furnace went out just as we were coming back from vacation with our children and grandchildren. Plumbline came out right away and went through what needed to be done and then we added the air conditioner and water heater knowing that they were all about the same age. Plumbline was very helpful in getting the project set up right away and installed all on the same day. In a very timelyn manner the next day.

Was concerned about selecting a dealer. Saw Plumbline commercial on TV and researched them on the internet. Mostly good reviews. The first thing they did was cover the interior pathways form the front entry to the basement in the house. The Clay team did an excellent job on install, explaining the system and going over the operation and maintenance. Clay and his team were great to work with, explained some of the install (to satisfy my engineering background) and thoroughly cleaned up when done. Would highly recommend them.

From the starting of the process with Justin who is very professional, no high pressure, friendly, to Chaz, Ryan, Marco, Zachary, the technicians, all impressive, hard working, polite, etc. Honestly, the whole team we have dealt with from Plumbline has been amazing, and we will recommend them to everyone. I was positively impressed with the quick response, detecting the seriousness of the issue and offering a rapid solution. Our 17 year old furnace was not functioning properly and our home was 40 degrees upon return from a one week outing. A new Carrier 96% efficient furnace was installed within two days by the Professionals of Plumbline Services Inc.

All of the people I dealt with in my home to included Preston, Macy, Connor and Eric were extremely professional and very helpful. It turned out that I had a problem that was more significant than I suspected, may even have been dangerous. The quick response and proper replacement of my complete HVAC not only restored our home to a level of comfort, but gave me peace of mind in the process.

Entire experience was easy from the estimation to install. Design consultant answered all questions thoroughly as well as found the best deal for my budget. Appreciated the reasonable cost of the units compared to other dealers. Installation date set quickly and completed in a timely manner. All workers were professional and great at communicating what would be happening next.

Professional from first phone call to their departure after job completion

I feel the installation was satisfactory. So far, no problems. But at one point in the day, one of the guys left the gate open, and our dog got out. Thankfully I found her, but if we didn't it would have been a tragety. The only other suggestion I have is to take more time, in the end, to explain everything that the owner needs to know. The guy explaining to me spoke very fast and seemed like he just wanted to get out of the house and be done. Overall good experience. But, maybe take care of the little things a bit better.

I had 2 furnaces and 2 A/Cs removed along with 2 furnaces, 2 A/Cs, and 2 Humidifiers installed. The 2 teams worked good together and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were also very friendly. I view their work as excellent and would recommend them to anyone. I heard of Plumbline on TV or radio, gave them a call and the salesman came to my house that day. He was also very professional and was able to give me adequate fall discounts, so I was sold.

Really appreciated Greg Poppie's time he took with me to go over all my options \- was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. and he wasn't pressuring at all \- let me take my time to make the decision. They showed up on time and got the job completed and cleaned up in a very timely manner. Sr. Design Consultant Gilles Colon, HVAC Installation Professional Chaz Clavien with his crew, Mason Brauchler and Aaron Hollis, were all fantastic to work with on our new HVAC system. The whole team was so friendly and welcomed us to watch the installation progress, and answered tons of questions along the way. Chaz had everything under control, and guided Mason and Aaron with patience and knowledge. Mason and Aaron were great to work with as well and are well on their way to becoming HVAC professionals! My husband and I were very happy with this crew, and the work they did. We had compared another company prior to getting the Plumbline estimate, and there was just no comparison in the quality and warranty, and future VIP service we'll receive.
