They were very professional with the installation, but forgot to put a plug on the the drain plug. It leaked, into my family room, soaking the carpet and the walls. I called and they were quick to accept responsibility and remedy the problem. Coffman is a good company that I trust, and I saw this as an unfortunate oversight, that was remedied.

Everything was completed in one day. It was great to have a team come out and do all the work to replace the AC and Furnace. they even redid some of the duct work to help things run smoother.

The first AC unit failed. There is some sort of secondary start-up Capacitor, forget what it's called, but the AC unit failed soon after it was installed. Coffman brought out a new unit, installed the secondary start-up cap, and it was mentioned 'these models' have failed a few other times recently in the field. This was good info to know, but did not make me feel good about long term reliability. The 2nd unit is still working (as far as I know, it's wintertime and I have not tried it for several months). I went with a smaller Heater per recommendation (110BTU vs 135BTU original unit) and a 4 Ton AC, vs a 5 Ton original. I hope this was not a mistake - but I won't know until a few years from now. The heater does turn on and off many times more than the older original unit - but this could be due to how cold it is outside (house cooling faster when it's cold out (10 degrees or lower)). There are several variables that might cause this. Our heating bill is about the same, but not lower for sure.

From the second Bob stepped into my home he was very respectful and courteous. He got to know the family his company would be working for first, including our dogs. He has a great personality and didn't come off as a sales guy, but more like a human that wanted to help us out with our furnace issues. The two installers were younger guys, but also very knowledgeable and treated my home respectfully. They laid down blankets and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The price was WAY lower than the other quotes I received and the quality of the equipment is top\-notch. Highly recommend.

There was some damage to my stair railings, spills on floor and a lamp. One wrong part was sent with installers causing a delay while the right part was delivered. One detail didn't pass inspection on the first try. I got the right furnace at the right time and price but the installation was sloppy but friendly.

Eric, Jake and John did a great job. On time and clean worksite after completion. Eric completed the installation and it was done in a timely professional manor.
