In December 4, 2025, I bought new Carrier infinity system control thermostat & got the installation from your technician Steven Wood. The total cost & services was $ 1750.00. So far, the thermostat is working ok but the function to connect to data server & OTA server are not working therefore I m not able to access it via the app. The technician came back & forth at least 3 times to update software but still not able to make it work. I m not sure this is the malfunction thermostat or not. I m really patient to wait for the technician to figure out. I believe the thermostat is still under warranty. Please help by sending some else to solve the problem. Thx

We had our entire HVAC system replaced on May 16 \& 17 of 2022 with a Carrier 4 Ton system and we are overwhelmed with its performance and efficiency. The system cools the house quickly with little to no noise, the heating system has no noise. We are pleased with our choice of HVAC system and we are happy with the installation company for their excellent installation service.
