In December 4, 2025, I bought new Carrier infinity system control thermostat & got the installation from your technician Steven Wood. The total cost & services was $ 1750.00. So far, the thermostat is working ok but the function to connect to data server & OTA server are not working therefore I m not able to access it via the app. The technician came back & forth at least 3 times to update software but still not able to make it work. I m not sure this is the malfunction thermostat or not. I m really patient to wait for the technician to figure out. I believe the thermostat is still under warranty. Please help by sending some else to solve the problem. Thx

We had our entire HVAC system replaced on May 16 \& 17 of 2022 with a Carrier 4 Ton system and we are overwhelmed with its performance and efficiency. The system cools the house quickly with little to no noise, the heating system has no noise.
