Accutemp has been servicing my AC units for over 12 years. When my existing AC went out I decided to replace it with another Carrier unit. They were prompt and professional in their install.

Excellent and expedient service! A+! My old air conditioner went out on a Wednesday evening. Accutemp was able to come out and provide several options to me. I opted to replace my old unit (11 years old). They were able to get the new a/c installed on Saturday, early morning \- outside of their normal installation hours. They saved me from a terrible weekend in the Arizona 115 degree heat.

The first impression was kind of skeptical because I was charged for half down payment and later on I was told that the delivery would be delayed that triggered my mind to think about other bad ratings on the same scenario from other contractors. So I asked for the return of my half payment, immediately. And immediately it was returned to me. Slowly my trust about them continue to build. I got a free fruit tree as promised, they arrived to install as promised, the warranty was registered as promised and the installers were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and my renter specifically mentioned Ethan. As to the office employees David Bird replied to my Email even if it was Saturday and was on vacation! Jessica is polite and professional, while Yesi is so sweet and giggles a lot which I like because paying for installations is stressful per se and Daryl, a hunky man with few words carry a big and heavy pot of peach tree that will give me shades and sweet peach that will remind me of Acu\-Temp Refrigeration to my backyard gate. He's a Superman in my eyes. Over all I was happy to pay in full the expensive but reliable Carrier!! Although the AC was newly installed, I gave them 5 green squares because my trust in them is now solid and I know if ever I'll have a problem in the future their expertise, solving problems and service will come perfect. I'm now their Ambassador of Goodwill!

Everyone at this AC company was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The technicians did a wonderful job on the installation and had the new unit working within a couple hours! I will recommend this company to all my friends \& family. Will be doing business with AccuTemp going forward…they have affordable yearly maintenance programs too!
