AC unit went out on Monday night, emailed the company at 1:00 AM. They followed up with a phone call at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning. Met the technician at 4:00 PM THAT afternoon, spent an hour trouble shooting and tried various fixes, all while keeping me informed of the progress. Once it was determined the unit was not economically fixable, Allen worked with me to get a new unit purchased and installed with in 24 hours.

The Sensigreen technician advised it was a bolt loose and fixed the problems within minutes. The Carrier unit in my 1st home has worked Flawlessly and hope the unit in the 2nd house is as durable.
