New home, no experience yet.

Solved my issue immediately; received call from tech in 5 minutes after speaking with initial support personnel

Two separate (unaffiliated) licensed heating and air contractors looked at the install of our system after sensigreen put it in. They both were shocked the work passed inspection by the city. They both filed complaints with the heating and air conditioning board.

Very professional operation. All personnel are friendly and competent. Relationship driven.

Happy to have Carrier unit. Home is 3000 sq ft Ranch that if we had built the bonus room we'd have 3 Thermostats we only have 1 thermostat when there are multiple distinct areas for heating and cooling . Please explain

Liz and her Lead installer Jucorey provided quick and excellent service\> I had a new furnance installed and Liz came out and gave me a quote the same day. Two days later Jucorey and his crew did an excellent job installing the furnace. Jucorey even answered a text that I sent him after hours on the day of the installation to help with a question I had. Great service on every level from Sensigreen!

We got a few quotes and while Sensigreen wasn't the absolute lowest, we felt like they were the most knowledgeable and were really interested in getting us a system that suited our needs. Quick service and they came back out a few days after the install to check on everything and make sure we were happy.

AC unit went out on Monday night, emailed the company at 1:00 AM. They followed up with a phone call at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning. Met the technician at 4:00 PM THAT afternoon, spent an hour trouble shooting and tried various fixes, all while keeping me informed of the progress. Once it was determined the unit was not economically fixable, Allen worked with me to get a new unit purchased and installed with in 24 hours.

This is a second home with a Carrier Unit installed by SENSIGREEN. There was a slight vibration noise from a loose bolt on the upstairs unit during my Walkthrough before purchasing the home. The Sensigreen technician advised it was a bolt loose and fixed the problems within minutes. The Carrier unit in my 1st home has worked Flawlessly and hope the unit in the 2nd house is as durable. Elizabeth,Sensigreen Manager, helped me with registration of the Carrier product. She was kind and helpful. Thank you
