Existing unit needed to be replaced; ducting and other items needed to be upsized. Indoor Comfort Systems did an excellent job both in specifying the new system and installing it. No issues with the system since it was installed.

Called three companies and Annette Hales was by the far the most professional. I would definitely use them again.

One minor mistake was made with the downstairs / furnace drain line. Otherwise both systems are functioning well.

We initially called about a cooling issue. After Troy came and determined the problem, we had two alternatives… repair or replace. Long story short we chose to replace. Rod Goodlow, our sales consultant, provided us with options for our situation. Couldn't have been happier with his assistance and setting up of install. The installers were very good, cleaned up site, and provided us with the information needed to run the system. From beginning to end, the process was easy and service was outstanding.

I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the salesman, Preston. He helped me along the way to select both the product and service I would need.

What is the oily substance pooling under the condenser?

Outdoor unit compressor installed with no isolator mounts. The compressor vibrations resonate through my walls I can hear it in my bedroom. Why the compressor was installed with isolators is beyond reasoning

Did the work ahead of date originally expected. Work was completed quickly and operating the thermostat was explained.

Spoke with installer he was great answering all questions

They have been attentive to our questions so far. We had a problem with condensate drainage initially, but that is improved after a visit from a service person. The system is very quiet. Too early to measure energy savings.

I called on Thursday to get an appointment for an estimate on replacing two of our systems. Appointment was Friday morning. They sent out two crews on Wednesday and completed that day with both installed. Removed all old units. Everyone employee from the beginning of the process til the completion was very helpful friendly and professional. We also had another estimate from another company but they couldn't even come close to the price we got . Wonderful experience with this company.

We've been in the home for less than a month, however, during that time we have enjoyed our heating/cooling system.

This is the 5th unit they have installed for us. Very pleased with their service.

They did a good job with the install, it wasn't ideal given the split system and long runs needed but seems to work well. Wanted to go with package system but just to costly.

The installers were very nice and kept everything clean in my home. The technician was also very nice. They still need to replace my thermostat as it is defaulty, but this isn't their fault. They are taking care of the problem. Also, appreciated that they register the equipment for us. That was very considerate.

I have not dealt with anyone directly from dealer as they were contracted by my home builder but they did reach out to me after I closed on the house and they provided me with equipment and warranty info.

after 11 day delay due to large backlog at dealer, we got it done in less than 8 hours

Had to call back 2 times after installation 1. The factory defaults not set to my custom request woke up to 68 not good for sinuses 2 called back due to thermostat not registering and unit not working
