when it gets 80 degrees and above it dont cool my house very well when it gets 90 dregrees it dont cool it at all ars has been out here at least 4to 5 times and tell me its running good yeah it runs all day and it should not not a happy customer i keep it at 77 most of the time but put it on 76 now and then on satureday for a test and it wouldnt cool my house to 74 it ran all day so it junk to me and im paying 350.00 slec.bills no better than my old one that was 15years old at least it would cool the house to what it was set for just high elc. bills but i still have them

You can never contact Carrier and get info or service booklets that get wet placed inside the units

It never worked right since it was installed. Had to pay for repairs, The service manual was inside unit and got wet, the company refuses to re\-give the booklet again to owner. Bad business and company to deal with, they never help you. they do not even know what the manual is inside of the unit, it is not the manual but a service, how to fix unit manual.
