I really like the Ecobee thermostat, and the self\-cleaning electronic air cleaner, but they may not be part of the model
I would recommend this Carrier Heat Pump.

During the hottest summer months in Arizona's history, I was cool and confident that there would be no break down! Very quiet too! Electric bills were much less also than the old unit!
