Door and Panel Assemblies

All of the door and Panel assemblies rattle all the time. It is so loud that I have even received complaints from my neighbors and the Management office. This unit is less than a year old and the door and panels make more noise than my old unit which was over 11 years old before I replaced it with this unit. (Compressor Door Assemblies, Electric Panel Assemblies, Blower Door Assemblies)
15 package heat pump works fine but is noisy

Unit has what I can best describe as a heartbeat, a pulsing, throbbing noise, especially right under the unit by a main return duct. If you have a main return duct in or near a bedroom I would not suggest purchasing this unit.

Great unit, but fuses had to be replaced within three months

Overall this unit has been great. Less noisy than our previous Trane unit, and it's been keeping our house a nice consistent temp. Plus, it's more energy efficient than our last unit, which is what we wanted. However, within three months of having the unit, the fuses blew due to faulty wiring, so we had to get our dealer to come out and replace/rewire them. Covered by warranty and everything, but an inconvenience especially when talking about a brand\-new unit. Dealer wasn't sure if this was a manufacturer issue or an installation issue, but at least it's fixed properly now.
