I trust Carrier

In the 70's and 80's i was an A/C contractor for Lennon, York and Trane. I could not get a local dealership as someone else had it. I sold, installed, and serviced 1000s of systems. I knew Carrier was the best then and it still is.

Rocky Start but Great Product

The install was Rocky because the failing control board in the new unit hit at temperatures in the teens, causing a lot of inconvenience. But my great HVAC team, with your tech support replaced the original 2 times to get it working. Now it is fine.

This unit is energy efficient more so than my last, I always wanted a Carrier due to reliability, efficiency and reputation but could never really afford one. I was elated to learn my A/C contractor finally decided to exclusively carry the Carrier line and finally we have the best unit in my opinion for our budget and even though it’s the lower model it definitely suits our needs for the desert heat! Well done Carrier

We replaced a 30+ year-old unit that had served me well, but I hadn’t realized how energy efficient it was not. We had this installed in November right before winter set in and noticed immediately when it got cold that the power bill was cut just about in half from what it used to be, and still with the heat of summer continues to be much lower than last year. Love the new unit!

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
