The Toshiba Carrier® MCY7 VRF single‑phase heat pump outdoor unit is designed for light commercial applications requiring efficient, multi‑zone comfort with single‑phase power. Available in 3, 4, and 5‑ton capacities, the MCY7 supports connection of up to nine indoor units on a single system using a 2‑pipe heat pump design. Inverter‑driven twin rotary compressors deliver quiet, efficient operation, while a wide operating range and compatibility with R‑410A refrigerant make the MCY7 a reliable solution for small offices, retail spaces, and similar applications.

Designed for dependable comfort in varying conditions, the MCY7 delivers 100% heating capacity at 5°F for 3‑ and 4‑ton units and 80% capacity for 5‑ton models, with heating operation down to ‑13°F. A 2‑pipe heat pump design supports connection of up to nine indoor units on a single 5‑ton system.
Built to meet NEC and ETL requirements, the MCY7 features a durable finned tube heat exchanger and compatibility with R‑410A refrigerant. Factory‑provided controls and single‑point electrical connections help streamline installation and commissioning for light commercial applications.
