Carrier’s 48WE WeatherExpert® rooftops (RTU) with Puron Advance™ (R-454B) and EcoBlue™ Fan Technology, offer an environmentally sustainable solution for a brighter future. With a GWP of 466 and similar performance to R-410A, Puron Advance easily exceeds the EPA's new, stringent, <700 GWP refrigerant requirement. Our direct drive EcoBlue™ indoor fan system uses a Vane Axial fan and electronically commutated motor and all 48WE models are designed and configured for expanded envelope operation.
