When your i-Vu® v10 or later system is connected or registered with our BAS Central support tool, eligible Carrier controllers that remain connected or registered (and meet applicable program requirements), qualify for extended limited warranty coverage of up to 5 years from date of shipment*. This extends the duration of the standard two-year limited warranty for eligible controllers, helping you protect your building automation investment.

Warranty is extended beyond the standard 2-year term, up to a maximum of 5 years from the original controller ship date from Carrier. Extended controller warranty coverage applies only to eligible Carrier-manufactured controllers and extends the duration of coverage only. All warranty terms, including scope, exclusions, and limitations of liability, remain subject to Carrier’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products and does not include labor, system performance guarantees, or consequential damages.
