Jury is still out on this unit

purchased two units and have had multiple problems with both technicians have been out at least a half a dozen times, units went down when the temperatures got very cold. One unit dehumidifiers very well. The other does not at this point wish I had my old Trane unit back, should’ve known better than to buy some new technology
