We have yet to use the warranty. The house feels cooler than it used to prior to the furnace turning on. The noise level is fine. Our house is rather small so we may be hearing the noise more than if it were in a larger one. We are still trying to navigate thru the features menu. The supplied information was somewhat sketchy.
