Hi. I bought this product because I heard about it during the Presidential campaign. I wanted a built in America product. The estimate, installation and pricing were all quite good. And it worked immediately upon starting. My last AC lasted 27 years. I hope this one does as well. I gave it a 4 because I have only used it for a month. So far so good.

The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
