New gas furnace

We were told that the heat would be more even than with our old furnace. It isn't. It heats up, cools off, then the heat kicks on again just like the old one. It's fine; just no better than what we had.

The ECM blower motor performs very well with 25VNA8 variable speed heat pump. There is one problem that the contractor has not been able to resolve. Unit is installed with a humidifier, the humidifier terminal on the furnace only is energized when the gas heat is active. No humidifier when the system is in heat pump or continuous fan mode. Contractor has not been able to resolve the issue.
