Heat and cooling seems to work well , don’t use it much it’s an auxiliary heat source in my garage, cooling did a decent job during a heat wave last summer. I do feel misled by the dealer after finding the lowest heat setting is 60 degrees when I wanted something to keep the temperature in the 40s range in case my wood burning furnace wasn’t refilled. Also extremely disappointed to see the unit was made in China and for some reason didn’t even come with a Carrier nameplate, dealer told me that Carrier doesn’t put the nameplate on the units ?? I’m guessing the Chinese manufacturer probably makes the units for many different companies, but what do I know .

Nice quiet unit. Very efficient in extreme heat and extreme cold. Only issue is the poor remote. Not intuitive at all. I always have to reference the remote instructions. Also, the remote light doesn't stay on long enough to read the tiny writing and symbols and then make a selection. No wi-fi capability.
