Mike did such an excellent job. He was really knowledgeable about the Carrier brand and other AC unit brands too. He provided great explanations when I had questions and good detail. I really like that he went out of his way and suggested a fix for out ductwork with the furnace and ensured that the ducts were widened to allow more appropriate airflow for our new unit. He was thorough, friendly, clean, and tidy. He was wonderful to work with and super efficient!
