Air Conditioner Installation

Had a great experience with troubleshooting our older AC unit and when it finally needed to be replaced the service was great! A new AC unit was installed within approx 2 weeks which was perfect timing for the heat of summer. But then we have had issues with it since install and have requested a tech to be onsite they came once and couldn’t duplicate so we took video of the issue and shared it with the salesman/ scheduler for the technician and we were told it wasn’t a priory and they would call us at the end of the week to get some out. THIS NEVER HAPPENED STILL WAITING! It is not acceptable to tell a paying customer they are not a priority and then not follow through! We are not happy with the after services.
