The service man from Knope Heating and Cooling was at our home the same morning I called. He determined that we needed a new furnace which they were able to install the next morning. They were also able to provide heaters if we needed them. The installers were so helpful and polite, and we had a new furnace installed and running by noon the next day. I would absolutely recommend Knope HVAC to anyone who needs heating or cooling service. They are a pleasure to deal with.

After 25 years of service, our original Carrier furnace needed to be replaced. Knope Heating and Air Conditioning of Shawano, WI removed and replaced the outdated unit with a new, energy efficient unit in less than one working day. The work site was cleaned up and left in perfect order. No extra cost or delays were encountered. The technicians were here on time and did an excellent installation job.

Knope Heating and Cooling responded to my after hours call immediately and answered my questions and concerns regarding my aging system which I suspected had a C\-O leak. I had a service technician at my door first thing in the morning, a diagnosis of the problem and estimate of a new system the day before Thanksgiving. They then complete installation of a new furnace within a few days. Everyone I spoke to or associated with was polite and courteous and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I am beyond pleased with their responsiveness and dedication to service. 10 stars in my book.

We had some major work done on our house and I have to say the tech we had was FANTASTIC! He worked hard and never left a mess. He cleaned up at the end of each day and on his last day he went above and beyond and put everything that he moved back in place. Also, the salesman that came out to our house was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He made sure to follow up with an email or phone call with the progress. I would highly recommend going with Knope.

When my 80?s era carrier lost the blower motor (zero problems with the furnace up to this point) before the hottest weekend of the summer, Jay at Knope worked with me to try and rig something up, knowing that parts were no longer available for my furnace. One successful transplant and a cool house later it was a no brainer to have them install a new furnace that?ll hopefully be as trouble free as the last one.

Very good experience

Had a Carrier Infinity installed in my attic with a very tight installation space. Their crew did a excellent job designing and installing the ducts and air handling unit. I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC installation or service. The Infinite is a very quiet system, you can hardly hear it run.

The compressor blew a hose and at 20 years old it didn't make sense to fix the problem. I called Knope and within 24 hours of the call we had a new air conditioner.

We had Knope Heating and Air Conditioning company replace our old furnace and air conditioner at our vacation home. They scheduled the installation to accommodate our schedule and completed the work in two days as promised. Their work was very professional from the initial estimate of the project to completion. They explained what they were going to do, where the components would be located and why. We are very satisfied with the work and the heating unit they suggested. We immediately noticed the difference in the efficiency and quietness of the unit.

Great product and service. Everyone from the start to finish, Rich, Jay, Reese, Al, and Myka were completely knowledgeable, careful, and finished the job quickly.

With an older home that never had a conventional heat source I was reluctant to go through the hassle of installing duct work. I was impressed by how well they listened and helped me customize the furnace layout for my difficult basement. It fits in seamlessly, heats thoroughly and totally makes sense for what I was trying to achieve!
