Our 20 year old HVAC system stopped working on a Sunday evening. The next morning I called Harker to schedule a tech appointment. Much to my surprise they were able to come that Monday. Due to the age and condition of our equipment we decided a complete replacement was the best path forward. Harker scheduled the entire system replacement for the following day. Two techs came out in the morning and by the time I got home from work my system was up and running with the house at comfortable 74 degrees. A+ service.

We came home after 7 weeks of vacation to fine that our furnace was not working. I called Harker and they were there in 20 minutes and got our furnace working enough for us to stay in the home. We decided at that time to install a new furnace because the repairs would be costly. Harker was there the next morning and installed a new furnace and everything is working well now.

I had Harker come out to perform an annual heating check and unfortunately for me, they had to turn off my furnace as some out\-take thing was putting out too much carbon monoxide. I had to replace my furnace! Luckily for me, I had the furnace checked that day. NOBODY died and the furnace did NOT blow up!
