I had HVAC Unlimited do my upstairs air handler and outside compressor unit replaced some years ago and the experience so impressed me that I decided I would ALWAYS use them when I had the need. Recently, I decided it was time to replace my downstairs air handler and compressor and called. They gave me a competitive price, offered me options and worked with me to tailor the solution to my needs. There was no pushy upselling for additional services, equipment or supplies. They scheduled my installation promptly, showed up on time and delivered exactly what they said they would. The two techs that came out took good care of our house, kept the worksite clean and left it cleaner. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable, friendly and informative the techs were. They took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. They even pointed out how they had fixed a few things not necessarily related to the installation that would make the system operation even better (clogged drains, etc.). It was clear from their comments that the techs really enjoyed working for this company and that they felt pride in their workmanship and loyalty towards the company. I am very happy with the products and services HVAC unlimited offers and I will continue to call on them for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

There was so much I didn't know about an HVAC system. The person who initially came to our apartment to see what we might need was very helpful, in that he showed me what was problematic and what could happen if it were not fixed. The two installers were very helpful also, especially Tre (I think that is the spelling). He was very patient and would not leave until we were 100% satisfied. The guys did a great job, kept the area clean, and did not make a mess. Only issue was the little communication, we had to constantly ask questions, simple questions like how is it going, when do you think you will finish, and how long for the house to cool off.
