contacted company, they responded next day with estimate. One week later work was completed. employees knew what they were doing and completed the job by end of day. Removed old parts, and disposed all trash. They were very courteous and efficient.

The overall work is ok, but they did not do a quality work on the hood (the steel cover over the main ductwork that connects the unit to the house) fabrication.

Purchase my system on a Thursday, installation was done timely. However once they left the A/C worked but no heat. It's Monday and 65 degrees inside my house. Have called to get assistance to fix the problem and as of 12:00 noon Monday still no heat!

The 2 women in the office Erin being one of them are very good with scheduling and registering my gas package, thank you both. The installer's worked expeditiously and left my property in great condition, they were friendly and explained to me what they were doing when necessary. Steven Lane needed photos taken by John to be able to repair a vent but other than that he was very good.

I am so grateful for getting my new unit installed in timely manner. I am having a problem locating a source near me for replacement filters. This is my main concern at present.

The inital techs were not professional: install was incorrect, minor damaged to my attic entry, and leaking unit, but when I complained another crew, Steven and Eric, were sent who were very professional and resolved the issues.

Chris, Brian and Brandon were wonderful. They truly cared that things were installed and done correctly. They took there time and clean up as they went. They were respectful, since my husband and I were working from home. Truly a great crew!

Smith \& Keene installed this system in 1993, so when I needed an update, {probably long over due }, I called them because of the good job they did originally. I was not disappointed, they were on time, professional, and got the work done quickly. I would recommend to a friend.

Installation went to schedule and S\&K solved the issue of air downstairs air handler fitment without hesitation or confrontation. The units are performing beyond expectations. The house is constantly cold now!! Installation crew was professional and personable. They resolved installation issues quickly. I will recommend these units and S\&K to all.

Before signing the contract, the salesman assured me that the installation date would undoubtedly be moved up but this never happened, thus we waited over 2 weeks for the actual installation.

Great experience working with Smith Keene, the installation was top notch! This is the type of installation service that sets the bar above the rest!

They gave me an excellent quote, put the unit in one day and up and running the next day...... could not me happier.

Smith \& Keene installed a new Carrier HVAC System on December 30, 2020 but in less than 10 days a major part failed and had to be ordered then installed which meant we were without heat for nearly a week. I had to repeatedly initiate contact and follow\-up on the status of the part. I believe the company could have done a better job of following\-up more in a more timely fashion. I also believe the company should be keeping track of equipment with high failure rates.
