Working with Mannix is a great experience. They replaced my AC unit several years ago and were efficient and honest. It was time to replace my furnance and they quickly provided several quotes, were responsive to my questions, and were able to get the equipment ordered and an installation appointment scheduled in about a week. Installed a new AC, and have been happy with the sales process, the AC itself, and the overall price and process. I evaluated five companies, and eventually went with Mannix for having a competitive price, without a lot of sales pressure or manipulative sales shenanigans, good company ratings, and a responsiveness to both email and phone. (In particular, a couple vendors (Snell especially) gave me high pressure sales nonsense, despite my being very clear about getting multiple vendor bids. The Mannix sales rep candidly gave me a competitive price up front, and didn't belabor the process with a bunch of unwanted talking points or tactics.) The techs came out a few days later, and in the course of a morning installed a 3 ton 16 SEER AC and furnace for my townhouse. They were done by the early afternoon. Heats and cools about two months so far without any issues. No complaints, happy customer.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was polite and professional.

Contacted Mannix to request an estimate to replace two old and faulty HVAC systems. Their representative Eric Holzworth came by later that same day to size up the project and give me an estimate. I had had three other HVAC estimates done prior to contacting Mannix. After a few weeks of consideration I selected Mannix Heating \& Cooling for the project. Eric's professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the equipment, installation and detailed questions I asked was the best of them all and pushed it over the top. Two HVAC systems were installed on the same day, one 2 Ton Conventional blower and one 1.5 Ton Heat Pump system with Two Ecobee Premium WIFI Thermostats in a 4 storey building. Two installation crews arrived. The Journeymen and assistant for each crew were experienced professional and very efficient at installing the HVAC systems. Drop cloths were used when needed and attention was paid to prevent any accidental damage to floor, walls and several flights of stairs. After installation and prior to departure both systems were operationally checked to insure each HVAC system and its Thermostat control unit functioned properly and to answer any questions I might have. All in all, a very positive experience. I highly recommend Mannix Heating \& Cooling.

I literally had a Frankenstein unit that was in need of just retiring. Its never the right time, but I needed a whole new System and had a unique situation that needed looking at by the owner to assess. They determined our needs and gave us three choices to choose based on our budget. It is now installed and they were quick, clean and efficient. So far so good and happy to happy it done!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the guys who installed our equipment as well. They wore booties in the house as well as facemasks to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. I have used Mannix Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. They installed my a/c unit in 2010 and recently installed a new furnace, humidifier and ecobee thermostat. I'm really happy with all three. What is most impressive is how quickly Mannix responded when my furnace just stopped working. A technician arrived in an hour confirming my 23 year old furnace's motherboard was not working. Within 48 hours Mannix came to my home and installed my new furnace right after the big snow. I am now happily warm. A big shout out to Jerry Mannix whose expertise and integrity I completely trust.

Despite the supply chain issues of Summer 2021, Mannix was able to come out and diagnose the issue with my unit, and get an estimate set up the same day. When the A/C unit was on backorder for an extended period of time, Mannix was able to devise a workaround solution which met all of my requirements and performed the install quickly and flawlessly once the parts were acquired. Absolutely no complaints.

Jerry came to evaluate our situation \- I was very impressed with him: customer focused and obviously knowledgeable. Courtney, our scheduler, also handled everything in a professional manner under difficult circumstances (equipment was unavailable for several weeks). The installers, Billy and John, did everything smoothly and surprisingly quickly. It was great dealing with the pleasant and competent people at Mannix.

I've been a loyal customer of Mannix for about 5 years. I can't say I've cost compared to speak to if they're the best bargain. They do, however, have high standard customer service which is reason enough for me to stay with them.

Mannix is Rated for the highest quality by Washington's Consumer's Checkbook Magazine for HVAC installation and service, and Mannix also is a Carrier Gold and Authorized Installer in Northern Virginia. I replaced my 20\-year old Carrier two full systems \- A/C and Heat Furnaces \- with Carrier Infinity Systems in June 2021. The Infinity Seer 26 systems are amazingily quiet and provide exceptional perofmrance. Hal Drake of Mannix quoted all matching Carrier components including A/C, Gas Furnace, coils, Infinity Thermostas, and Carrier Electrostatic filters. The only disappointment is the Carrier Infinity Thermostats are not as good as I had expected to be, and do not provide the flexibility what other Smart Thermostat provide. But Carrier and Mannix is a winning combination and Mannix installed two full systems with 2 crews in 4 hours correctly, on the same day. I highly recommend Mannix for any Carrier HVAC systems installations or service. Thank You.

I had Mannix install a new upstairs A/C unit and furnace in August 2019. At the time I received several bids and Mannix was among the lowest for similar efficiency equipment. They did an excellent job installing the equipment quickly, taking care inside of the house not to damage anything. They explained how to use and maintain my system and answered all of my questions. In the interim, Mannix has come out to perform regular maintenance checks on the new system (and my older system for the lower level) and their service technicians have been very efficient, polite and informative. As a result of my good experience with Mannix, this month I used them to replace the furnace and A/C units for my lower level (main system) and I could not be happier with the result. My experience with these installers was every bit as good as in 2019, and the price of the system was very competitive. I would recommend Mannix to anyone in northern Virginia needing HVAC sales or service.

No issues at all, they were prompt and clean \- laid down tarps so floors wouldn't get dirty, shoe covers, masks on the entire time.

The installers seem to have done excellent work. They answered my many questions and were helpful with regard to questions associated with that of my steam humidifier and UV light.

Very friendly servicers who replaced our compressor and coil unit. They walked me through the process, answered questions, and even went above and beyond when I asked them to correct an error from a previous install (not by Mannix). They allowed me to ask questions at the end of the service, and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and we look forward to continuing to use Mannix for any of our HVAC needs.

Overall a very good process from the beginning to the end and very pleased. Only minor issue is that AC makes a strange buzz noise when first starting up but will see if that works its way out in first few weeks. But if not I'm sure Mannix will take care of it.
