Bought two units. The first one has worked for 8 years without any issues.

We moved into our home in 1998 and have used Mann-In as our heating/cooling folks ever since. This is the second system installed by them and it is working very well.

They added a zoning system and followed through until all the settings were to what we had hoped. This entailed a second visit back to the house, maybe even a third.

We bought our first system with them in 2017. Due to that excellent experience, with both the salesman and the installation team, we knew we would replace our other unit with them too, which we did last summer. The business has now shifted to the second generation of ownership, but the service is still excellent.

Really bailed us out in sweltering summer heat. Lent an AC unit when our whole house AC died. Scheduled us within a few weeks, best price. We also added furnace purchase. ALL Mann-In personnel were top notch, didn't try to up-sell anything. We'll deal with them long term. (Note: We learned of Mann-In from Washington Consumers' Checkbook magazine. It was not listed on your pre-selected list of choices, so I checked "referral.")

Third system installation

Very professional installation crew. They replaced my 22 year old heat pump with a new 5 speed. I had several questions about the equipment which were thoroughly explained, plus a good demo of the new high tech thermostat. The service rep made some useful suggestions on configuration which make a difference in multi level comfort. Mann\-In is highly recommended in our neighborhood social media \- I now know why. The Carrier unit, out of the box, had a defective gas valve unit. So there was no heat, and the installation team could not completely finish their post\-installation testing. Not installation team's fault\-\-they were professional and did a great job and I rate them highly. The next day they picked up a replacement part from Carrier, installed it, and completed the system testing. So I feel they handled this hardware defect very professionally. I obtained four quotes before choosing this installer. This quote was the most professionally written with good detail on what was included. It was not the lowest price, but this company had good ratings in Washington Consumer Checkbook, and I did not go with lowest bidder.

They are quick with service and keep you updated as just when they will be there. Very nice and respectful. Explains what they are doing and why. My unit needed to be replaced. They were here for service on Friday, I received a quite on Saturday and by Tuesday my new unit was up and running. The cost and warranty from them are very good. They did all the paperwork with CARRIER for that warranty.

Mann In Inc recently installed my new Carrier HVAC system. They arrived early, as promised, and kept the work space clean and tidy. The technicians kept me informed of their progress, and then took the time to review the new system and thermostat. I've used Mann In for my normal seasonal servicing, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called another HVAC company first. They were not a Carrier dealer like Mann\-In and tried to overcharge me for a part that I found out would not fix the problem after 3 visits. Since they were not a Carrier dealer, the tech could not figure out the problem and I ended up paying for parts I did not need. But the tech tried to overcharge me for one of parts. I complained to mgt. and got all my money back. Then I called Mann\-In who originally installed the unit years ago. They knew what the problem was immediately and made plans to fix the issue. The only problem we had was the supply chain issue in receiving a new Carrier AC unit because of the pandemic. So we had to wait for a long time to get the new unit. Mann\-In was stellar \- they found a window unit to help us beat the oppressive summer heat and control humidity. Without it, we would have suffered greatly! Thank you for going above and beyond! The new unit finally arrived about 7 weeks later and things are cool again!

Delighted client for 30+ years. They handled the electric\-to\-gas conversion at our first home in the 90's. They re\-designed the builder\-installed system in our current home and added a three\-zone damper system to service the first floor of our home in 2019. We saw a significant reduction in our energy consumption due to this re\-design. Yesterday, they installed air returns and a four\-zone damper system to service four 2nd floor bedrooms. This corrected the undersized fresh air return that caused the attic system to sound like a jet in the Master bedroom when it was on. We had our first quiet night's sleep in 18 years! Fantastic unit and service. I used to run my AC at 68 degrees all the time with this new unit the humidity is constantly in the mid to high 30's and as a result the house is very cool at 72/73 degrees. The unit is exceptionally quiet too!

Our 18+ year old Carrier unit failed, requiring replacement parts and R\-22 refrigerant, which is no longer available. So off to researching new units. Mann\-In provided a quick and informative quote, laying out a number of options. We chose the Carrier Infinity Series Greenspeed heat pump (25VNA036), which turned out to be an excellent choice. Cooling during our heat wave has been great and the unit is so quite it can barely be heard at all. The crew was quick, respectively of our space and the need to provide extra precautions during the pandemic, and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend Mann\-In.

Mann\-In installed two Carrier Infinity gas furnaces and two Carrier Infinity A/Cs, converting from our old heat pumps to this new system. They did an outstanding job, installing the gas furnaces, humidifiers and air filters in a rather cramped laundry room. So far we can only comment on the new heating system (mid\-November) and the difference from our old system is remarkable: warmer house throughout, at a lower temperature, with perfect humidity.

Mann\-In has the goods. Knowledgeable sales staff and qualified HVAC installers and on\-site experts to ensure a proper install. They were the only HVAC company that I received a quote from that informed me my inlet duct was not large enough to realize the SEER ratings of the units I was interested in and showed me the calculations to prove it. They also have the best labor warranty in the business which is definitely indicative of the quality work they perform.

Mann Inn helps us complete a full retrofit of a old boiler and new air handler. We turned all parts one direction for future service and cleaned up piping and return vents. The outdoor unit was moved and placed on a new pad. Full service took 2 days with gas change out and new boiler install. A work hard ask question style is in place with the staff and the two owners are checking behind their teams. A great change out occurred.
