Michael and Son is the only company that service my property.

A terrible installation that left my house in disarray and left me with a leaking unit. The only thing worse than the installation was the communication with the company. I now have a unit without an easy way to replace the filter and take consolation in only having to deal with the company when I need a tune up.

Had a great experience. Employees were polite and able to inform me on all steps and procedures they were using to finish the work that was being done.

Installed humidifier incorrectly the first time. On second call out got it working but couldn't connect it to my Nest thermostat despite me showing him the instructions on how to do it. Staff was very professional and operator was friendly and helpful. No one does anything right the first time these days....
