Ours was a complete replacement of two HVAC. systems with the 26 SEER Infinity system. The expense to upgrade was expensive and my expectations of HVAC company was high. I obtained more than one bid for the job and was impressed to have Charles Simms (owner of Air Now Services) provide his estimate. He was knowledgeable, well prepared and personable. This was not my experience with a separate Authorized Carrier Company. The installers knew precisely what they were doing. and they solved issues mildly related to the installation of the new equipment. The work area had no damage and was left clean. On completion of the installation, Charles returned to inspect the work his crew had completed. Two days after the installation, one of the two wall thermostat(s) malfunctioned. Charles responded the same day of my call to his company. He determined that the device was eligible for a warranty claim and a replacement. Charles immediately obtained approval for the claim. He had a new controller wall unit in his truck and he replaced the defective part. My Amazon research revealed the controllers retail @ almost $1,000 ea. To have the Service Call promptly responded to by the owner, to obtain an immediate warranty approval and for Charles to have the new part on the truck was an example of remarkable preparedness and Customer Service. The A/C system and service provided by Air Now Services was an outstanding experience reminiscent of yesteryear America. We were amazed how fast these guys worked to get central heat installed in our home. A house that has never had central heat or air so that meant the whole system including vents, duct work, electrical. They started in the morning on the day a cold front was coming in and ice and snow expected over night. I didn't think it would be possible but they had heat working by 6pm. Once again another GREAT experience with AirNow Services. Service Tech Eric arrived within 2 hours of my call, evaluated the problem, and offered me choices. After he answered all my questions I made my decision. Within an hour the installers arrived and stayed into the early evening to complete the job. My home is cooling much better now. Thank you!!!

The technician, Eric, came out to my house the same morning I called with an AC problem. Within a very short time he was able to diagnose the problem with my old unit. He gave his recommendations and explained my options clearly, noting that the problem was only with the air conditioning. The heating unit was fine. I chose to have the air conditioning replaced completely. They were able to get the equipment and an installation crew out that afternoon. They worked until 7:30 that evening to have everything completed before the weekend. They were very courteous, respectful, and professional.
