very professional and work was amazing

We bought an entire AC system. Multiple AC systems my family bought for several homes through them. One unit kept going bad had to continue to spend money nothing was warrantied and then switched unit for off brand unit smaller in size than what we paid for. I will never call or recommend them again. I would spend 12k more to another place before I call this installer again. I never trashed them publicly, never destroyed them online, never trashed them at all the places they are supporting and donating too for advertising, however I am local too and could have. I know they are aware of what they did you can tell, they do feel bad about the situation but they just didn't want to be out any money themselves even told me so, so they just kept sticking it to the customer and did not honor the warranty on the unit. Thank god there are other options out there and when the time comes I will start my search and find one of them, I just hope when the time comes for all of us to answer for the wrongs we have done, this installer does not have to receive the same poor, unreliable, untrustworthy service and treatment I did. I do not wish bad upon them only forgiveness will help me sleep at night.
