We have used Britton Service group for years and they have always been wonderful! The techs take time to educate me on maintaining my equipment and they are all very courteous and professional.

It has been my experience that patience is needed in dealing with nearly any similar business. Their response to questions, etc, was almost before I was ready to listen, to read or to respond. This is in between seasons so I can't respond to how it works. I was concerned about the blower (air movement) noise and Mr. Britton quickly reduced the speed.

Jon was very responsive and honest, and his prices were fair. I will certainly use their services again in the future.

From original contact with Corinne, the office manager, to the email telling us our warranty was registered, our experience with Britton Service Group was superb.

Installation went well and the unit works flawlessly \- so quiet! We had a minor issue unrelated to the unit or the installation and Britton Service responded immediately. Problem solved. So nice to get such quick attention after the sale \- tells me they really care about their product and service.

Had a unit go out, and I wanted to use it as an opportunity to upgrade to a more efficient system. Britton was helpful in referring an energy saving specialist and held an install window while I looked at various options. Britton also was able to comp temporary repairs against a replacement removing the pressure of urgency from the entire situation.

Britton perform with care \& quality as if they are installing system in their own homes. Highly recommend the company:)

I met with numerous contractors and received multiple estimates for my complete HVAC replacement. Britton was the best in every single area of my evaluation, and the installation and service more than met my expectations.

Fantastic team to work with!

John, the owner, arrived on time for the estimate appointment and quickly prepared estimates for several options. The estimates were below a competing dealer. I was impressed with John's professionalism and knowledge in recommending a whole house air purifier to combat a mold issue we had. John also quickly responded to my request to modify the quote once I decided on the options I wanted to proceed with. Once I accepted the proposal, the work was started and completed on the date promised. John also completed and filed the necessary forms on my behalf to get a rebate that my utility company was offering. Thus far the system has been working well and we are pleased with the results. I would recommend Britton Service Group.

Here's my Yelp review. 5.0 star rating 7/2/2017 We recently used Britton Services to replace my upstairs a/c unit and the whole process was a textbook example of what you want from a contractor; Professional work at a reasonable cost. Darrell was the gentlemen who bid the job and he was very knowledgeable, informative and patient while answering a myriad of questions. Despite this being their busy season, he was able to get us on the schedule almost immediately. The installers were great. Paco and Lupe were polite, courteous and professional. They arrived early, worked fast and did a spectacular job. Just four hours after they came in the door, we had cold air upstairs. The install wasn't just fast, it was pretty. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Not only did they leave the work site immaculate, (canvas drop cloths on the stairs and vacuuming afterwards), they even removed and re\-taped a spot on the other unit in the attic that had hardened and pulled away. We can't say enough about the installers. All and all a very satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a/c work to contact Britton Services.
