The installer listened to my concerns and worked hard to ensure those concerns were addressed before leaving. I have a old house and an old system so it required extra work to make it perfect. Randy made it happen, cleaned up his mess, made sure all ducts were sealed. He could not have done a better job. Brian responded to my pre\-purchase questions even over the weekend. They are all dedicated and it really helps when making such a large purchase.

The installation was done all on one day and that included the duct work. We are very satisfied with the work done and how Tony took the time to explain and answer my questions. All staff was respectful and professional. Staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much! The only thing Is that not all the duct work was complete we are still needing duct work replacement for my own room and restroom and my daughters room. Company offered me a solution and we are working on that. I do recommend efficient for ac work or duct work.

Used them on several project in the past

I had come to expect the worst from previous brushes with HVAC purveyors. This dealer brought me repair service on a Sunday which lasted until I could finally replace my ancient central unit (in summer, in Texas). He gave me a lover price on a better machine with a far better service agreement than his competition.

I think the tech was in a rush as he was in a hot attic all day. He told me that my house would cool in no time. I told him it seemed that the air coming from the vents still seemed warm after about 15 minutes of run time. He assured me otherwise. 3 hours later around 10:30 pm on Friday my house was still 89 degrees. I emailed the sales rep Ernest and to my surprise he emailed me right back. By 11am the next day another tech came out and discovered that the original tech didn't wire the inside AC correct and fixed the problem. Within 15 minutes my house was comfortable. Ernest is a pro and I thank him for being responsive and seeing the job through from beginning to end.

Excellent team to include Master Plumber and Electrician were sent out to site \- all inclusive in the very competitive price. Other companies had separate charges for Electricity (2 \- 240V lines from breaker panel to Compressor and Air Handler) and required I contract with electrician independently. Plumbing (refrigerant line) was installed at no additional cost; competitors charged an additional fee on top of quote.

Efficient AC installed two new Carrier HVAC units in our home (4/5 ton). The team was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Everything went perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We met with several highly\-rated AC companies prior to selecting Efficient. We felt they all would have done a good job, and all the estimates were close in price. What sold us on Efficient was that they match the manufacturer's parts warranty with their own labor warranty. That, and having been in business for 41 years, makes us confident that Efficient will be there when we need them. Finally, the sales VP from Efficient was extremely knowledgeable. He promptly (and in detail) answered our numerous questions, including responding to emails over the weekend, which was very helpful in selecting the units that were right for us.

Installation of a new Carrier Infinity 3 ton heat pump, the related communicating air handler with heating coils and the infinity touch controller (thermostat)

New unit for upstairs in August in Texas (read hot). The first night we realized our old unit never worked well. We were cold with it set on 78! Good purchase.

Very nice. Great install.

It started when the tech found that one of the two heat pumps (originals...so 20 years old) wasn't up to spec. Next step was a blind proposal from the VP of Sales, who subsequently followed up with a call and an in\-home visit. Together we decided on the unit and the relative bang for the buck. Installation scheduled for less than a week later. Install crew arrived on time and completed the entire job in less than 6 hours (despite calling for a different size drip pan). Install crew left the work area spotless. What more could one ask for?

The people at Efficient AC are exactly that \- efficient. They scheduled and installed my new unit in a total of four days \- and there was a weekend in there! The estimator, installers and QC guy were all super friendly and knowledgable about their craft. I was in the trades for a long time, and I know pros when I see them. Highly recommended. Incidentally, this is the second HVAC unit they have install for us \- so you can tell I mean what I've said.

Just got a new HVAC installed by Efficient and they were top notch from first contact from Darwin to complete installation by Tony and Nick. I would highly recommend Efficient. We also love our new Carrier system!

I called Efficient Air for an estimate to replace an old system. Darwin was here in two days and provided an estimate. Three days later the install team arrived and did an outstanding job installing my new Carrier. There were fast, thorough, and clean. Except for the fact that I had a sparkling new AC that worked well, you would never had known they were here. Adam followed up to make sure the install was done correctly and it is always a pleasure to see him. The entire team is fantastic. Unlike many other AC business, I was not left with a feeling that I had been taken advantage of. Everything was explained clearly and written out in black and white.
