Verified PurchaseI've had no experience with Custom Heating and Air. That is zero experience. The visit is scheduled for Wednesday 4/22.
I set the schedule on that date with Kingsport Heating and Air. However, It is becoming clear that another company tried to contact me and schedule a different date.
I thought I discussed establishing the plan where KH&A comes twice a year to inspect the two systems.
Carrier intervention with Kingsport Heating and Air an Custom Heating is requested
Are both of these companies actually Carrier Dealers?
I am upset and quite in the dark about what is taking place
