A truly exceptional organization. Experienced, professional conduct by all representatives from initial contact to sales to installation. We were provided multiple comprehensive equipment alternatives in a range of pricing by sales. Once selected, the installation team removed our existing equipment in timely and efficient manner then installed the new product while leaving the install area impeccably cleaner than that created by the original installing dealer. Uniquely, we had a follow up visit after the install from their quality manager who both reassessed the final installation as well as ensuring we were properly trained in the systems operation and capabilities.

Have not had any problems to solve at this point, therefore I can rate that aspect. I switched from another dealer when I bought this unit. So far they are competitive, responsive, detailed, and honest. A good start.

We had the unfortunate experience having to replace two air conditioners at the same time. However, Gochnauer definitely eased the pain. They were able to put together reasonably priced packages that qualified for the Dominion rebates as well as the federal tax credit. Their installation crew was top notch: Showed up exactly as scheduled, introduced themselves, went about their work with minimal disruption. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The salesman, Steve Weatherford, expertly analyzed what we needed and presented it in a professional manner. The installers did an excellent job and were concerned about keeping the environment clean and safe. They worked diligently and were done in 7 hours. Their work was verified by the quality inspection the next day.

I feel as though I'm in good hands with this company. I've purchased the twice yearly service plan and feel as those these visits really assess my equipment. In addition, the pricing for repairs (my system was older) and the eventual replacement seemed reasonable. One aspect of the installation of the new system that I especially liked was a quality control visit a week after installation. That involved a comprehensive check of the new system by a different technician\-\-not simply a courtesy visit.

This purchase and installation of a new A/C system is an example of how to do business properly. I've never been more pleased with a vendor.

A huge project. Took some dialing in to get all of it working in synch. Very responsive and now all working great and the humidity is under control, the rooms are the same temp and the units are quiet.

Issue with thermostat was corrected in a day...Office staff very very helpful, these people treat you like an important customer...Service and Installation people were outstanding

Installation technicians took pride in their work, took their time and did the job right.

We were hit at 3AM Wednesday, and had an analysis by that afternoon and new electronics installed and up and running by the next day noon !!

This dealer charged me $300 just to install a new ecobee thermostat. When I call to ask why so much they were rude and no explanation was offered, so I cancel my service contract with them.

There have been two installations both of which have reflected great service and an expert team.

Gochnauer solved a major air flow problem in my home. By recommending a slightly larger unit for my home and installation of a 2nd thermostat and new dampers in my attic. I have notice the difference in the winter and look forward to a much more comfortable summer. Their price was reasonable and the work was completed as quoted and promised. I will be using this firm for all my HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend them and the Carrier products.

We had moisture issues with our original Infinity unit since it?s installed vertically it was installed 2.5 years ago and the moisture issues occurred whenever the hot weather arrived. Steve at Gochnauer followed up with us. New unit installed and we keep checking for moisture outside the unit, but there isn?t any. Very Satisfied now!!
