Air conditioner and heat pump were installed 9 months ago and everything is working without incident!

From sales to service, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Had a small issue with installation, but they took care of it. Regarding the equipment...very quiet during operation, but when it shuts down it can be noisy. Overall, very pleased.

Carolina Air installed my original system and has maintained our trust and loyalty for the past 15 years. Good products, and great people!

The team at Carolina Air provided a complete install ahead of schedule. Bill Steele did a wonderful job presenting the equipment options. Glen walked me through the Ecobee Thermostat setup, even though I was at a remote location. There were some challenges with a piece of faulty equipment and an unexpected water leak, neither of which was their fault. Glen drove a long distance to obtain new equipment, and also coordinated with the local water company and a plumber to promptly restore the water service. I highly recommend them.

The entire experience was very professional and well managed from the front office to the estimator to the technical support team. We will definitely use Carolina Air again for our remodel and highly recommend them to other homeowners.

Our system went out on a Thursday, and the dealer's rep continued to communicate with me well into that evening. By Friday morning, new equipment was on order. The installers cut through a water line while doing one of the installations. They found a plumber working in the area and had it professionally repaired and had the plumbing company bill them for their services.

The workmen installed the replacement unit for the 2nd floor in about 5\-6 hours. It worked perfectly which they checked before they left. The workmen were courteous and professional. I would use Carolina Air again.

Removed old Heat \& Air System \& Installed new Carrier Heat \& Air System

The men assigned to do the installation were terrific. I'm not sure how to signify the answer to "attributes so I make all the boxes to indicate the team knew what they were doing.

This was a replacement of an old Trane unit installed by another contractor many years ago. The project went quickly and efficiently. Carolina Air is a very good service company. The old Trane system was very good, and I only had the Carrier installed because Carolina Air recommended it. I have no idea whether I would recommend the product itself at this point. I might be able to provide more info in a few years.

Installation was done as promised. Additional work had to be performed so a temporary Plenum was reinstalled until the techs could return to make a new one specifically for the new unit. Knowledgeable and courteous. The only negative is the cost of the unit.

Carolina Air installed the systems in a timely manner, cleaned up the remaining debris well, and was able to fix an early problem promptly on a Sunday.

Replaced old heat pump damaged in storm surge. Install team did a excellent job, we are completely satisfied.

We opted to replace a relatively new unit that was still operating; however, it was damaged by flooding salt water due to a hurricane.

The service techs that performed the installation were very quick and professional. They had no problems at all solving the problem of moving our outside compressor from the west to the east side of our house. Very nicely done and many thanks.
