Heat Pump Installation

Alex diagnosed the problem with my outdoor AC unit as a dead compressor. Upon his honest recommendations, I decided to replace the entire system instead of replacing only the compressor in hopes of buying time before needing to replace the 15\-year\-old system. Dan in sales was phenomenal, giving me four options to choose from, patiently answering all of my questions, and offering me an alternative when my system of choice was back ordered by four weeks. Rob and his installation partner (whose name I did not catch) were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful, and showed me how to use my new thermostat when they were all done installing the new system. I actually have two separate HVAC systems in my house and I will definitely use JK Mechanical again to replace the second system in the near future.

J.K. Mechanical has done various aspects of work for me for almost 11 years now. The latest thing I had them do was install a new Carrier air conditioner and furnace. It has been almost a month and so far so good.

The compressor failed on my existing heat pump and my unit was out of warranty. JK Mechanical provided me options for replacement and carefully explained the pros and cons of each option. In the end I selected the 5\-stage 25VNA8, the appropriate air handler for my application, and the wireless thermostat. The quick turnaround from diagnosis of the failure to installation of the new system was impressive, as was the professional, courteous nature of everyone I dealt with at JK Mechanical. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my HVAC needs.

Professional ,took care to be neat in our home, explained installation and were able to answer any question we had. This was the second time we have purchase hvac equipment with JK's salesman Matt, he is knowledgeable and personable ! We have been customers of JK for almost 20yrs, they installed the original HVAC system when we built our house. We are satisfied customers!

Matt came to our house and "introduced" us to the different Carrier models, the rebates Carrier and our electric company were offering and the federal tax credits available. He was very knowledgeable. Removal of the old unit and installation of the new one went very smoothly and was completed in one day. The new unit, an Infinity series model, is extremely quiet and maintains a very constant temperature in the house.
